Rest, Pull and Rub
The body heals while we are sleeping. Rest is super important on this program. Learning to slow down, get to bed early and sleep 9 hours will greatly enhance the healing and developing of your body. Rest, rest, rest. I was a stimulation addict and slowing down and getting to bed early has been the hardest thing for me to do on the program. I'm constantly working on it by using strategies during the day to slow me down earlier, like turning off screens at 8, eating dinner by 6, turning off t.v., reading, turning the lights down in my house at 8 and only having a lamp to read with, avoiding loud music in the evening or action packed loud movies... believe me I'll watch them I just try to do it earlier in the day, a matinee. Structural support is super helpful as is chiropractic. The neck pull helps with keeping energy flowing through your neck and the foot rub helps move energy through all your meridians since every meridian ends in the feet, by rubbing the feet you're supporting the health of your entire body.
